Administration Assistant
- Permanent Part Time Position
- Monday - Friday (9.00am - 2.30pm)
Go Bus is New Zealand's largest operator of Passenger Service vehicles delivering high quality School, Charter and Urban services throughout the country.
We are currently looking for an administration extraordinaire to provide professional office support in our Invercargill depot. Additional hours to cover leave will also be required from time to time with agreement.
To succeed in this role, you must have the following attributes:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional computer skills in Outlook and Excel
- Good area knowledge of Invercargill and surrounding areas
- Previous experience with handling financial information, i.e. banking and cash reconciliations
Previous experience in pricing charter work for customers would be an advantage. Full car license an advantage also.
You will also need to enjoy working as part of a team, and have a passion for delivering high quality administration support.
