You are experienced in import processing. You have experience in administration or customer service, ideally within an international freight forwarding team. Now you want to bring it to a new level within our fast paced NZ owned freight forwarding, transport and logistics company.
This is a Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm, position (earlier start and finish negotiable) with scheduled work-from-home days. Great opportunity to get your foot in the door with our growing business. You'll have a current driver's license.

The What and Who ...
Reporting to the Import Operations Manager, you'll be contributing to the day to day challenges of import operations. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and overseas agents, you'll be spot on with your data entry, data checking, accuracy and professional verbal and written communications. You'll be an integral member of this team, able to multitask, prioritise and juggle to deliver the work requirements.
You get a buzz from being busy and hands-on, you're a quick learner and you have demonstrated that you're accurate and reliable. You'll also have a good command of Microsoft Office suite - including Excel, and ideally have knowledge of Cargowise.
You'll be happy and passionate with answering queries on the phone or via email, able to solve problems, be strong on attention to detail, and understand the importance of following systems, processes, and policies. Along with this you are a strong communicator and team player, who stays calm when the pressure gets turned up.
