Home Delivery Operations Manager

You already have customer services experiences, sound local and national geographical knowledge, delivery run planning and know how to manage a team day to day. The What and Who...
Reporting to the National Home Delivery Manager, you are responsible for the Auckland Home Delivery Team in order to ensure the home deliveries are completed within the correct service parameters each day. It is important for you to plan home delivery runs daily and ensure the best possible utilisation of Fliway home delivery vehicles, along with team members.
At the same time, you are happy to complete all reporting associated with home deliveries and provide excellent internal and external customer service. You are capable to provide support and back up to the Home Delivery Supervisor, Home Delivery Customer Services, Home Delivery Drivers and Assistants.
This role requires excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, communication skills, people management, H&S knowledge and leadership skills. Plus, you'll be fond of using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. A clean Class 1 Licence is a minimum requirement.
The How, When and Where...
This is a permanent full-time position with hours normally from 7.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday but will require some flexibility - including some weekend operations.
